By using VINNY VNS ("the console"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What the service is

VINNY VNS is a free, browser-based interface for controlling two instances of the official YouTube IFrame Player side by side, so you can mix between them. We don't host, store, or own any of the video or audio content played through it — all content remains the property of its respective owners on YouTube.

Acceptable use

• Only load and play content you have the right to listen to, in line with YouTube's own Terms of Service.
• Don't use the console to circumvent YouTube's embedding restrictions, copyright protections, or terms of use.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the site in a way that harms other users.

Third-party content

All video and audio playback is provided by YouTube via Google's IFrame Player API and remains subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of any video played through the console.

No warranty

The console is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Playback, mixing accuracy, and availability may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including changes to YouTube's own player or embedding rules.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VINNY VNS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the console.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the console after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
